I’m happy to announce that I have been awarded a grant from Medical Research Council (MRC) Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) for the project "Advanced 3D-Bioprinted Grafts for Bypass Surgeries." This 12-month project aims to bring our bioprinted vascular graft to the next level and will include animal studies. This brings our product closer to being used in the future for bypass surgeries.
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing team of co-investigators: Dr. Vicky MacRae and Professor Paddy Hadoke.
Thank you for your contributions and collaboration.
Looking forward to getting started and sharing updates as we make progress!

Adenoviral vector-based vaccines are intensively studied because of their potential to prevent infectious diseases for which current vaccines are suboptimal (such as anthrax and influenza vaccines) or for which licensed vaccines are not available (such as malaria and human immunodeficiency virus [HIV]).
